Service

Mom got this picture in a text message from someone in Elder Nelson's mission.  Looks like a service project!

The only money you'll need in Heaven is a testimony! (July 13, 2015)

I'm so grateful for all of you and the blessings I have received from you all!!!!!!

Been a little slow this week!

We went fishing on Monday and had a blast!

Not Monday story's to tell but I got to go on a exchange with Elder Lewis.  He is from Boise, Idaho and we had so many miracles!  We were able to set two baptismal dates and learned a lot from one another! It was a blast!

We had a zone meeting and we're gonna try to be less numbers driven cause it some times gets that way and we're just trying to reach quota.

We went to do service at an investigators farm and I got to clean out some stalls.  It was so nasty!  There was big poops and pee smell, but don't worry I made the girls do it #thatsajoke.  It was fun and we didn't get to ride any because #whitehandbook.

This is my sense, my peace, my Journal entry read it Elder Nelson.

Love you all so much can't wait to be with y'all!!!!

Stay classy my friends!

"That's my secret I'm always angry"!
Thanks again love you all!!!

We have love Christ! (July 6, 2015)

This week has been a glorious week! I am so grateful for all the letters and packages and birthday wishes!  They made me feel loved and needed in life!!!

My companion and I are getting along pretty well.  We have fun and just the other day I learned from him how to do the Rubik's cube and I finally finished by my self! I'm so proud of me😎 #workingonhumility

We had some miracles this week.  One of them was while riding our bike.  We got stopped by this lady and she told us she needed prayers and saw us and knew we were missionary's.  We prayed with her and shared some
of the Restoration. I know that God leads them to us or us to them!

We had a lot of fun and I was able to go on a exchange with Elder Hawkins who's from up in northern Utah! He's great and super smart! He has only been out for a couple weeks and is a great missionary! We saw so many miracles!

We got to meet the new mission president and his wife! They are so great and are from Alpine! Originally from American Fork! They are so great and I'm excited to learn from them!  They pump us up!

We had rips over at the Reid's for my birthday! It was great! Also, had a ice cream cake with some gush blunts and you know I love dem gush blunts🙏🏿!!

Giving a shout out to President Packer! He was a great man and servant of the Lord! RIP

Thanks for all you do for me! I love you all!!!!!!! Pray for America!  We need it!

The Lord Can't Drive a Parked Car! (June 29, 2015)

I'm so excited for this email!!!  I'm grateful for all the letters and packages they were "the best I ever had"

So on the sad side I dropped my iPad and totally destroyed the thing.  It's gonna cost a lot of 💰 so pray for miracles.

Elder Galbraith is my new companion.  He is from Sugar City, ID "sweet little town."  He is from a family of 9 and is great and is super funny!  This transfer is gonna be great! I have almost already learned how to do the Rubik's cube from him!!

So early this week we went to a members house and ate meatloaf and I was excited to eat it so I stuffed myself and got pretty sick. When the time came for the message I told them that I cannot stay any longer and needed to leave it was super awk?

We had a leadership meeting and it was nice. Like my whole MTC district that I came out with were there and I got to ride with Elder Wild.  Being a district leader I guess makes the Zone Leaders call you all the time #overit #ilovethem.

So this last week we got signed up to go to a wedding for a dinner and it was the most awkward thing.  So we show up and I was thinking there would be like 40 or 50 people and we wouldn't even be noticed, but no.  The wedding was the size of our family and we popped out like a sore thumb.  It was awful. Then we got the food and it was pretty much meatballs.  Then, right before we were gonna leave, the first dance between the bride and groom started and we were just sitting there completely awkward.  It was fun!

Had our first District Meeting and learned a lot of things, but the best part was when I got to tell the District about getting back on Facebook!!! Yay!!!  But then I broke my iPad the next morning:(

I got to go on a exchange with Elder Wagstaff from Cali. He is a nice kid.  We walked around this area and got soaked when it started pouring rain.

The new president is here and we get to meet him this upcoming week and I'm very excited!

I love you all so much thanks for all you do!

Elder Nelson.
