I can't ride my bike with no handle bars, no handle bars!

This week!!!! It's been a fun one.  Last Pday we were able to go up to brother Lewis's house and fish all day.  That was great and peaceful.  I felt like I was back on my game catching all the fish!! I loved it though I got some great pics!!!!!!


We had a lesson with a recent convert and we talked about indexing and how she has been doing it and it has helped her to feel the spirit in the hard times.  She's great!!

We have been dropping a lot of our investigators because they aren't keeping commitments, so we did a lot of finding and we were able to knock into a lady who said she and her husband were just about to start looking into churches to attend. We have been so blessed to have so many people be prepared to receive the gospel. It's amazing!

So Brother Lewis had us over to help him put up a fence.  It was Great. I learned a lot and had a blast! We're probably going to go fishing there again today!! No joke,  it's a blast!!

So the weekly accident comes on Friday.  We were riding over to an area to go finding and I was texting a member with two hands.  As I was texting, my bike decided to turn sharp left and I fell like a dumb person and ruined another pair of my new pants. I am so blessed to be able to not have to worry about dying cause I know of the wonderful plan of salvation. FYI this is not me saying I'm gonna go die I'm just letting my peeps know what's up.

So those of you that are thinking or are going to send me a package, I'll have to give you the address later cause I don't have it right now so I'll shoot one to you as soon as I do because we might be getting stuff stolen from ours.

Going to the Seaside!

Going to the seaside.

This week has been alright.

On Tuesday we were knocking on doors and this nice young girl answers
aka Kenya she was great and catholic so we had some things in common.
We decided we would share the Book of Mormon and she loved the idea of
more scripture we asked her if she has heard much about Mormons? She
had no clue who we are! So we give her a BOM and she asked us if we
could come over to her church and share with them all that there is
more scripture and we kinda laughed a bit and said we would love to!
And then she said I can't wait to share this with all my catholic
friends.

We were able to get a baptism date for sister Greene. She's been
coming to church but doesn't really know much about what we believe so
we get the chance to teach her were excited!! She has a great spirit!

Wednesday we went out to brother Lewis's place. He's got like 16 acres
and a beautiful house on it which he remodeled.  We drove around on
his golf cart and replaced fences! It was nice to get out and I was
able to conquer a couple fears of horses they are actually pretty
nice! Who knew?!

So we have a meeting every Wednesday night with our ward mission leader
and two older lady's.  Our ward mission leader is great and during the
whole meeting we are quoting movies and the ladies don't realize it!
Best part of the week.

This Sunday was great! I was able to confirm a lady we baptized last
week a member of the church and to have her receive the Holy Ghost. It
was very calming and exciting at the same time. I wanted to hold her in
the air like a baby blessing but haven't had any protein lately.

Hey!!

What a week so many great things this week!! First off we had a great Pday! Was able to go to the mall and get some pants!!!

We have been doing this name thing with members it's called TBAM (to be a Mormon) but we have had great success and a lot of spiritual moments this week hopefully they will pay off.  We pray for about 75 names a night right now and we're hoping for a lot of baptisms in the future!!

Okay so on Thursday we got to ride our bikes in pouring rain!!! It was great not really!! But it was nice then we visited is lady with like a hundred dogs and we walk in I'm looking freaking good with my new pants that I got that week! 

And then as I walk in I hear in the back room "Oh no, Sammie's in" I'm like okay that's a mean dog I'm guessing.  So I try to get out the front door but my comp shuts the door and stays out side so I back up into a corner and see this dog and it's a huge German Shepard!! So I scream like a girl and then he starts coming at me and I started kicking his face and then.... He gets a nice bite into my left leg and rips my new pants so I kicked as hard as I could and got him to lay down and shut
up!! Anyways, I'm good,nothing too bad!!

Anyways we had another baptism this week for Sister Webster.  She's great!! Comp got to baptize her and I'll be doing the confirmation next week!! She's great, very excited to see where she goes!!

I guess all the sister missionary's in our district are doing impressions of me. Kind of exciting, but funny as well!

Anyways, it's been great.  We're excited for the up coming weeks. I'm still in the same place with the same comp!! Love y'all!!!

Hello i love you! Okay first off this week has been pretty funny!!

So on Monday after we went and got food we went to a place called Bo's
For Zone party!
It's a place that has all kinds of things to do and have fun like
laser tag and bowling.  

So we've been working with this guy named Tyler and we just got him up
for baptism that's exciting!

I had an exchange with Elder Stafford, he's great! We had a lot of fun.

We went over to Sisters Swanson's house and had a great lesson! 

It's been raining for like 3 days.

Anyways I miss all the realists back home stay golden!!

Loving it!

Hello you all! I'm loving the members more and more every day!!! 

So this last Monday we had the chance to go play football over at the cratueas it was great!  We were trying to connect with one of the kids and we did but after we asked him if he wanted to take the lessons and he said no! Kinda sad!

We had a trainee and trainer meeting in Charlotte this last Tuesday learned a lot of new stuff and it was raining so hard there! Anyways great time! Then the next day we talked with the mission president and had district meeting went great I had to talk about words we can use and words we cannot use. I guess I have the best vocabulary or something!! 

We were at the cogdells and they invited a part member family over and told them we were only gonna have dinner!! And then the missionary's thought different and decided we would share a message and the man who isn't a member said he's talked to a lot of missionary's and isn't gonna give up beer or coffee. So we shared our message and we're making jokes and we're busting up. by the end of it he wanted us to come over some time this week and share more! 
We will see where it goes from there!

We had time to go knocking and went to this one door and I was like this door is the magic door I know we're gonna dunk this guy! Anyways knocked on the door and he decide he was gonna rip our testimonies in half and spit on them!! So we listened and about 45 minutes of him yelling at us I decided I would testify of the Book of Mormon! (Thought he was gonna shoot my face off)  then he said bye and shut the door! Anyways great moment of the week!! 
So we didn't want to know anymore and decided we would teach a lesson on FB so as we were doing this a nice kid shows up and says tell me what you believe! So we shared some stuff and he wants to meet!! 

Great things happen when we try! 

So there's thing we have been doing with members it's a great way to get referrals so we ask them to pray that they might think of 25 names to share the gospel with. She was like there's no way I can think of 25 names anyways she prayers and right when she ends the prayer she starts writing down names half of which she hasn't talk to in years, about 3 minutes go by and she's already got 25 names!!! It's pretty cool to watch this happen!!
